A big WELCOME to all returning and new families joining our High Rock and Pollard Middle School community!
We hope everyone has had a great start to the 2022-2023 school year! For this upcoming school year, we are looking forward to bringing back more PTC programs to the schools than we've been able to do the past few years.
The High Rock - Pollard Parent Teacher Council (PTC) represents and supports both the High Rock and Pollard Middle Schools. We work in cooperation with the schools' administrative staff to provide services, funding, volunteer support and programs that enhance your child’s school experience. If you have a child at either of the schools, you are automatically a member.
If you're looking for a meaningful way to contribute and help your child's school community, please consider filling one of our open board positions:

Please Donate Snacks for Staff Meetings
The High-Rock Pollard PTC is looking for donations of individually packed snacks for our teachers and staff at High Rock and Pollard. These snacks are for them to enjoy during their monthly faculty meetings and also to have snacks on hand to distribute at their discretion.
You can drop off donations to the front office during school hours, send them in with your students, or order online and have them delivered to the schools. If you have any questions, please contact Andreia Stiffler at hospitality@highrockpollardptc.org. If you would like to contribute, please sign up below:
PTC Annual Fundraiser
The PTC's annual fundraiser is now underway. We need your financial support in order to keep bringing incredible programming and support to the High Rock and Pollard communities.
PTC BUDGET 2022-2023
If possible, we suggest a donation of $75 per child, but every donation, no matter the amount, is appreciated and important in helping us reach our goal.
If you prefer to donate via cash or check, please enclose your contribution in the blue envelope that your child brings home with their back-to-school materials or any envelope addressed to the High Rock-Pollard PTC. To save trees, we will be emailing donation receipts so please include an email address with your contribution or email treasurer@highrockpollardptc.org to request one. And don't forget company matching programs! Our Tax ID number is 04-3425285

Parent Volunteers Needed at Pollard
Pollard Middle School is seeking a parent volunteer from 10:00-2:00 each day to offer additional support to a small group of students whose home language is Spanish. We are looking for a classroom volunteer who may want to assist the teachers within their classrooms. It is not required that you are Spanish-speaking. If interested in being a classroom volunteer, or if you have more questions, please email Tamatha Bibbo, Principal at tamatha_bibbo@needham.k12.ma.us
Thank you for your donations for the Back-to-School Luncheon for the Teachers
The PTC hosted a back to school pizza luncheon at both High Rock and Pollard on August 29th. The PTC ordered pizzas and salads from Needham House of Pizza and Kostas. We also received donations via PayPal and donations of beverages, paper goods, and desserts from families.
Thank you for making the luncheon a success!
